Application Schedule & Procedures

Application Schedule for Intake 2019 - 2020 

We invite applications from September 2018 onwards. The deadline for the 1st round is 18 December 2018 while the deadline for 2nd round applications is 15 January 2019. Late applications will not be considered.

The admission committee will review applications soon after the application deadline.  

Interview (Tentative) - Shortlisted candidates might be invited for interviews. Interview invitations will be sent by emails. 

Successful applicants will be contacted by emails individually as soon as decisions are available. Applicants can also view their results from time to time via the on-line application system. There is no waiting list and all applications will be reviewed with any additional information continuously until all places are filled. 

Application Procedures

 Step 1 Submit an Online Application

Applications should be submitted via the on-line application system. A non-refundable application fee of HK$300 will be charged for each application.

Step 2 Submit Supporting Documents

Applicants are expected to submit the following documents on-line:

  • Academic transcript(s)
  • Degree certificate(s)
  • Two sets of academic references
  • Personal Statement
  • CV
  • Score reports of international tests / examinations (e.g. TOEFL/ IELTS/GMAT/GRE) [if applicable]

Notes:

1. Current final year students whose final degree certificate(s) are not available at the time of application are advised to submit the latest academic transcripts.

2. Applicants who want to include their public exam score(s) (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE) in the application profiles should get the results ready before the application deadline.

3.. Applicants will only be required to submit originals/certified true copies of the supporting documents, preferably within one month, upon offer acceptance. There is NO need to mail the hard copies to us during the admission review stage.
